Apartments and industrial buildings in Dallas change hands

A California investor has purchased two Dallas-area apartment communities. Wedgewood Inc. acquired City Scape, a 267-unit apartment community located at 6466 Ridgecrest Road in Dallas Victory Meadows neighborhood. And the same investor purchased Founders Square Apartments, a 65-unit rental community at 929 N. Marsalis Avenue in North Oak Cliff. Greystone | Investment Sales Group’s Chibuzor Nnaji and Mark Allen brokered the sales.

Dallas investor Moxie Bridge purchased a 50,132-square-foot industrial property located at 4700 Alpha Road in Dallas. Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates Dallas/Fort Worth brokered the sale.

A Fort Worth investor has purchased the Boswell Towne Center on Saginaw Boulevard in Saginaw. The 21,290-square-foot retail strip is fully leased. Strive Real Estate brokered the sale.

3008 Commerce Street in Dallas’ Deep Ellum district has been purchased by a local business ownership. Taylor LeMaster of Inroads Realty brokered the sale with Matthew Otte with WhiteBox Real Estate.


Structured Cable Products Inc. leased 53,496 square feet of industrial space at 3665 La Reunion Parkway in Dallas. John Gorman of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Brock Wilson with Bradford Commercial.

Coworking firm Venture X has leased 22,161 square feet of office space in the Braniff Centre on Lemmon Avenue at Dallas’ Love Field. Tom Sutherland, Ryan Hoopes and Sarah Savage of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease.

SCL Cold Chain expanded to 27,690 square feet of commercial space at 2809 W. Airport Freeway in Irving. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Todd Hubbard with NAI Robert Lynn.

ICON EV Texas LLC leased 23,300 square feet of industrial space at 10350-10390 Brockwood in Dallas. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Cabot Tyler Clutts and Clint Manning with ESRP Advisory.

American Diesel leased 17,424 square feet at 918 113th Street in Arlington. Canon Shoults and Maddy Canty with Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease.

11th Hour Laborer LLC signed a new 15,750-square-foot lease with Prologis at 720 Industrial Blvd. in Grapevine. Transwestern’s Brett Owens and Clayton Johnson negotiated the lease.

Smith’s of Mesquite will open a 6,000 square-foot full-service restaurant and entertainment venue in the historic McWhorter Greenhaw building in downtown Mesquite. The building is located at 105 S, Broad St.

The Fitness Store has leased 5,675 square feet of retail space in the Shops of Southlake, located at Southlake Boulevard and Carroll Avenue in Southlake. Michelle Caplan and Maggie Hansen with Weitzman handled negotiations with Scott Muller and Sydney Muller.

Hills Café has leased 2,810 square feet of retail space at 2520 King Arthur Blvd. in the master-planned Castle Hills community in Lewisville. Bright Realty’s Dan Looney and Nick Miller negotiated the lease with Hunt Kim and James Lee of JLB R&I.

Susan Aten leased 2,051 square feet at 500 N Coit Road in Richardson. Kat Morrison renegotiated the lease for Hartman Income REIT.
