Pet Policy: $600 refundable pet deposit. Two pet max per apartment. We do not allow the following type of dog on our property: Chow, Pit Bull, Doberman, Mastiff, Keeshond, Dalmatian, Akitan American Bulldog, Airedale, Rottweiler, Alaskan Husky, Stafford Terrier, Siberian Husky, Malamute, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiff, or English Sheepdog. We will conduct a pet interview if it is a mixed-breed dog. We reserve the right to refuse any dog that we deem inappropriate for apartment living. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. We love your pets, but not their waste that isn’t disposed of properly. DNA testing is required on resident’s dogs and any visiting guest dogs, and DNA swabs are $60 per dog. Any DNA matches to waste not properly disposed of will be fined.
