iApartments Terms and Conditions:
iApartments.com advises you that if for any reason the referral fee from the property falls below iApartments.com’s minimum requirement, we reserve the right to offer a reduced cash voucher in lieu of the free move. A client who has met the qualifications and is refused service will be compensated with a rebate offer instead of our free move offer.

Acknowledges that iApartments will hire an independent contractor to perform the moving services for customer and that no partnership, joint venture, agency or employment relationship between iApartments and the independent contractor is created.
Assumes responsiblity for paying the moving company for any applicable additional charges before the move begins.
iApartments and its designated, independent moving company:
Reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Reserves the right to refuse to move items we feel are unsafe to move without damage or injury.
Reserves the right to refuse a move without a completed inventory and/or an assumed limit of liability. The Texas Department of Transportation requires all moves to have a completed inventory and an assumed limit of liability prior to beginning a move otherwise the move will not be completed.
Reserves the right to waive responsibility for moving any item the movers feel cannot be moved safely including natural stone furniture (marble, granite, limestone, etc.)
Reserves the right to waive responsibility for damages to any item they believe cannot be moved safely. A waiver form must be signed before the move begins.
Reserves the right to refuse to move house plants.
Reserves the right to reschedule moves to the next available time slot due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Restrictions, Exclusions and Limitations – iApartments and/or its Agents:
Will not begin a move until all items are cleared and removed from entertainment centers, dressers, chest of drawers, wine racks, or any other piece of furniture containing items which may be removed.
Will not begin a move until all boxes are taped and sealed. The moving company will begin a move only after all boxes are taped and sealed. All items of clothing must be properly boxed.
Will not be responsible for damages caused to boxed items.
Will not begin a move until washer and dryer are disconnected unless prior arrangements have been made with the moving manager to disconnect and/or reconnect these items.
Will not accept responsibility for any items within a box or container unless the box or container contents are physically damaged by the movers.
Will not be responsible for damages caused to furniture made with or of particleboard.
Will not substitute any items on the day of the move unless prior arrangements have been made with the moving manager. Normally, substitutions are not allowed.
Will charge a $50 rescheduling fee if you reschedule your move within 24 hours of your scheduled move time.
Will charge mileage fees (fuel surcharges) for moves that take the movers outside the predetermined iApartments FREE service area.
